Five professional women from Russia at once entered the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining!

On November 19, the results of the “100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining” rating were announced!

Our talented colleagues and women from other companies in the mining and metallurgical industry participated in the nominations, inspiring by their example.

Recall the criteria for participation in the rating:

∙ Long career in the industry;

∙ Work at hard-to-reach enterprises with difficult working conditions;

∙ Great achievements in self-development and education;

∙ Outstanding achievements in research work in mineralogy and geology;

∙ Outstanding leadership qualities;

∙ Creation or active participation in an industry professional community or organization;

∙ Creation of a group/community for the development and support of women, protection of women’s rights;

∙ The only woman in the company;

∙ Contribution to the mining education of the next generation.
