On January 31, a public defense of projects and a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the first All-Russian AWARD HR IMPACT 2022 took place.

In the DIVERSITY & INCLUSION nomination, the women in Mining Russia project, co-founded by Norilsk Nickel, was recognized as the best project to create equal opportunities in the working environment.

The event was organized by the company “People and Communications”, which has been holding business conferences in the field of HR for medium and large businesses for more than 10 years.
