On October 4, 2021, the Women in Mining Russia Association presented the Talented Woman in the Mining Industry award for the first time in Russia.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony of awarding the winners and prize-winners of the award, Denis Alexandrov, General Director of the Petropavlovsk Group of Companies, shared the news that Petropavlovsk PLC became one of the co-founders of the Women in Mining Russia Association.

Elena Babkina, HR Operations Director of the Petropavlovsk Group of Companies, became a member of the board of the WIM RU association.
